Tuesday September 18. LITHUANIA – Ukrainian servicemen along with
their colleagues from Poland and Lithuania have practiced urban warfare
during the international tactical exercise Maple Arch – 2012.
Azarov Expects Ukraine To Launch Production Of Helicopters In
Next Few Years Capable Of Meeting Competition Internationally
Prime Minister Mykola Azarov expects Ukraine to launch production
of helicopters able to meet competition internationally in the next
few years. "We expect our own program on production of competitive
helicopters to appear in the next few years" he said at the Aviakon
aircraft repair plant in Konotop Sumy region. He said required funding
is foreseen in the draft national budget for 2012. He said the
helicopters will be made first and foremost for the Emergencies
Ministry the Defense Ministry and the construction sector.
Testing of new camo for Land Forces.
I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this camo and the
uniform. Not sure what pattern even this is - definitely not digital
camo something along the "marsh camo" style. In my opinion its good
around beaten ground and burned out steppes but too much brown will make
it stand out in forest areas.
As for the uniform itself - I think it looks good seems quite baggy I like the matching knee and elbow pads.
