Members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force fire at moving targets with a 5.56mm rifle and 9mm pistol during close quarter marksmanship training here Oct. 24. CQM is a key fighting skill though it may seem easier as the distance is shorter there are a number of other factors that must be considered for success in this type of engagement.

Thessaloniki?

grabie_bis

Yes! Thessaloniki

the dutch eggIt has to be a logistical nightmare to have so many different brands/make/type/models of the the same vehicle....

That's something I've thought also. I wonder how their supply people do to mantain such a diverse array of vehicles with enough spare-parts ammo and stored reserves for any contingency that may arise. And if we talk about their man-portable weapons and another equipment the nightmare gets worse. I dare not think about those issues in their Navy.

flanker7^ Doubt it's a gunbattle. If it was they would at least had uncovered their red-dots...

thats a mepro mor sight bro.Indian paramilitary forces use mepro mors on their x95 micro tavors.dont know the reason why they cover them but the place in the pics is far away from actual combat so they may be taking the cover off only when there is need. coz i have seen these guns without cover in combat.
