digrarThey're all parked up in front of RSLs filled with concrete. Thales might be able to come up with a coat of paint that stops f ckwit taggers leaving their stain on them that's about it.

Also the Turks are modernizing theirs fairly successfully.

I got to have a play in a Bushmaster almost exactly 5 years ago....I was impressed.

Seeing as we are on this topic does anybody have any other pictures or videos of these incidents that happend in Iraq?

Just to point out aswell PetOps in the Ironsides Mag 2005 there is a picture of the ASLAV's operating on route IRISH in Iraq and one aslav as been hit by a IED with its bar armor on the turret bent and the exhaust completley dinted.

All "we" public know about is 2 IED incidents that happend in Iraq. Didnt know about the third until I read about it in IronSides.

^ Aust & NZ Defender also had pics of the damaged ASLAVs in Baghdad.

Bradles

I read somewhere that pics of damaged hulls are classified. Most if not all of those found on the web are Dutch ones.

Once you've seen broken mates come out of them you're not that keen to see them.

Those Combat Engineers have balls of steel.

Much respect.

Isn't it a carton of beer if your photo is ever published?

That's an unrelated fine.

Either way someone owes you a few coldies.

Anyone have info on the current status of our Growler acquisition?
