According to spiegel-online a lot of thing in the German Bundeswehr doesn't work due to missing spare parts which weren't bought during the finacial crisis. A quick turn-around isn't possible. The current situation is expected to continue for a couple of years. More good news: the delivery of the new A-400M is delayed at least one more month till december (hopefully 2014).

Saudi pilots conduct airstrikes against "Daesh" in Syria
