VILLAMOR Philippines - Philippine Air Force Airman 1st Class Herom Rabago assigned to the 520th Air Base Wing guides a MV-22B Osprey carrying supplies and personnel from Villamor Air Base Manila to areas affected by Typhoon Haiyan Nov. 14. In my opinion there is no other military force on this Earth that could so quickly muster a task force to do what the US Navy and USMC team is doing the the Republic of the Philippines.
