PEARL HARBOR (Aug. 22 2014) Chief (select) Yeomen Tam Chau assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Preble (DDG 88) participates in a graduation ceremony held for chief petty officer (CPO) selects from the Legacy Academy Class 010 aboard Battleship Missouri Memorial at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The Legacy Academy is a six-day course in which the CPO selects live aboard Missouri and participate in preservation activities leadership training reenact scenarios that took place aboard USS Missouri and learn lessons about the history and heritage of the U.S. Navy and CPO community.
