looks like a a Type-77 or W-85 heavy machine gun. Only knew that from
google lol. Have to say kinda neat seeing a weapon that i never seen or
resemble anyhting i seen.

Yes maybe an officially purchase but doesn't means China obtain
technology from Europe. There are some ways to bypass the embargo such
as joint co-operation. The Z-11 helicopter contains tech from some
European countries.
